Pricing Question Answered:
If you have 8 or less players, the price for the party is
$500. Example: You have
6 players, the price is still $400. |

If you have 9 or more players we go to a per player price of
$60 per player. Example:
if you have 10 players the party price is now $600. |
|
You always know what the party price is based on the actual
number of players who signed a waiver to play. You don't pay
for no shows. |

We require a $200 security deposit at the time of booking.

A
$200
deposit with a major credit card is required to book any event
time slot. This deposit can be made over the telephone.
Refunds for cancellations made up to 6 full days prior to
your event will attract a 25% service fee. Cancellations
within 5 days prior to your event will result in forfeiture
of the security deposit. |

|
Our per player pricing is based on the number of players
present for our 1st. indoor briefing. |
|
|
|
As long as we have 2
referees for a party, any players arriving UP TO AN HOUR after this briefing will still be allowed to play yet will
be charged an additional $20.00. |
|
|
|
WHY? Late
arriving players will still need to go through all safety,
equipment and field play briefings before they are allowed
to join your party. Please to avoid any potential problems
by having all your players arrive at least 15 minutes prior to
your time slot. |
|
Up to 6 days prior to your event, you can reschedule. A $50
rescheduling fee will apply. Events must be rescheduled
within 30 days from the original date of play. Events not
rescheduled within the 30 days will result in forfeiture of
the security deposit.

If no clean up fee or any additional fees are assessed, the
full security deposit will be returned after all equipment
is returned and at the end of your event. |

MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE PARK |
Private party time slots are for 2 hours and for only your
time slot. Late starts will still end at the scheduled end
time.
Please get all players to the facility 15 minutes
prior to your start time.
Players must be aged 8 and UP.
