The New York Safe Act requires purchasers of a firearm from a dealer, individual or family member to go through a criminal background check.

The simplified process:

      1.  Find your new firearm

      2.  Purchase the firearm

      3A. **** If the seller is local, have the seller bring the firearm to us. We will take possession of the firearm and immediately contact you.

      3B. ****  If the firearm was purchased from an individual on-line, you can not directly receive the firearm.

       4. The seller can then:

              A.  Bring the firearm to a Firearms Dealer in their area. Their dealer will take possession of the firearm and ship it to us after receiving a copy of our license.

              B.  Ship directly to us. This requires the seller to send the firearm with a copy of their driver's license. The firearm must be sent insured, with a tracking number requiring an adult to sign for it.

All firearm purchases require you to e-mail a copy of your sales order to chris@ikkin.net  This information starts the process. We then can issue the seller a copy of our Federal Firearms License for their records and shipping address.

The E-mailed copy of your order should contain your contact information (address & phone #),  the seller's contact information and any tracking info.

You will be contacted when your firearm arrives.
