ALL PAINTBALLS MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE PARK
Private party time slots are for 2 hours and apply only to your scheduled session. Late starts still end at the scheduled end time.
Please have all players arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
Players must be aged 8 and UP.

Booking & Deposit
A $200 security deposit with a major credit card is required to reserve any event time slot. Deposits can be made over the phone.
If no cleanup fee or other charges are assessed, the full deposit will be returned after all equipment is checked in at the end of your event.
Deposits can also be used towards your final bill.
Pricing & Player Count
$500 covers parties with 8 or fewer players.
$60 per person applies to parties with 9 or more players.
Per-player pricing is based on the number of players present at the first indoor safety briefing. You do not pay for no-shows.
This party is limited to a maximum of 20 players.
Late Arrivals
If we have 2 referees available, players arriving up to 1 hour late may still join your party, but an additional $20 late player fee will apply.
Late arrivals must still complete all safety, equipment, and field briefings before joining play.
Food & Drinks
You can save money by bringing in outside foods or having pizza delivered.
We recommend Salvatore's on Jefferson Rd. - (585) 427-5555. For pizza or food deliveries, the paintball field address is 150 Airpark Drive, 14624.
Pay with cash to avoid the 4% credit card fee.
No outside drinks. Drinks can be purchased on-site.

Glow Party Experience
What is a Glow in the Dark Paintball Party?
The entire paintball park is lit with black lighting. Players' chest and back protection glows, the hoppers on their guns glow, and paintball bunkers and structures glow too.
Players can actually watch their paintballs fly through the air, and when paintballs explode on impact, they create a large glowing splat. There is nothing like this anywhere.

Important weather, equipment, and conduct policies apply to all parties. Please review before booking.
Weather & Outdoor Play
Our outdoor playing field is open year-round. All paintball parties are held at the outdoor field regardless of weather conditions.
Weather Rescheduling
If adverse weather conditions occur on your private party date and you choose not to play, you may reschedule your event.
A $50 rescheduling fee applies. If you choose not to play and do not reschedule, your security deposit will not be refunded.
Cleaning & Overspray Damage
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee not to exceed $100 for paintballs shot excessively or intentionally over the safety nets causing damage to surrounding buildings, automobiles, roadways, parking lots, or vegetation.
Rental Equipment Responsibility
Customers renting paintball equipment are responsible for loss or damage to the equipment and must return it in the same condition it was received, excluding ordinary wear.
If customer-caused damage occurs, the customer is responsible for repair parts and labor.
Repair Charges & Marker Damage Fees
Repair labor is billed at the prevailing repair rate, and parts are billed at current supplier or manufacturer pricing.
Any player whose picking paintballs up from the ground causes a paintball gun to break will be charged $35 for semi-automatic guns and $50 for electronic guns.
Zero-Tolerance Conduct Rule
Any throwing of markers or physical arguments with other players will result in immediate ejection of that player and possible criminal charges.
