2. Packing |
| |
We need you to completely disassemble your item and ship
it to us. Do not, under any circumstances, include ammunition in your
package. Try and use the original packaging for your item, or use a box
that is close in size to the item you are shipping. Do not wrap in brown
paper. Make sure your equipment is cushioned and packaged well. Make
sure that your order form, that you will print out from our site, is
included inside your box. Fill it out as completely as possible, and be
sure to provide desired pattern and any special instructions. |

3. Select your carrier |

4. Insurance |
| |
Be sure to insure your package for its full value. |

5. Contact Us |
| |
Email us with your tracking number once the package has
shipped so we can watch for your package. Go to the Contact form
to send that information to us. |

6. Receipt of Package |
| |
When we receive your package, we will inspect it, let
you know that we received it, and notify you of any damage to the
package. If there is damage present, you will need to contact your
carrier about the insurance coverage and liability. We will notify you
by phone or email when we receive it. At that time we will charge your
credit card. |

7. Return Shipment |
| |
Once we have finished our transfer process, we will ship
your item back to you, insured, and notify you by phone or email of the
tracking number. |

Please note: Any item that has been previously
painted, taped or has had an adhesive applied previously will require an
additional "removal & preparation" charge.
